Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and VolleyLab ("VolleyLab", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of volleylab.pro, the VolleyLab web and installable (PWA) application, and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

VolleyLab provides general fitness and volleyball training information; it is NOT medical, healthcare, physiotherapy, nutrition, or professional coaching advice. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise, jump, strength, or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or take medication. You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of the Service. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.

3. Subscriptions & payments

  • Paid features are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices, features, and taxes may change with prospective notice.
  • Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or model weights; (c) resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties without our permission; (d) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; (e) use the Service to generate harmful, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content; or (f) use automated systems to access the Service beyond publicly documented APIs.

5. User content & AI output

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant VolleyLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated output is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or repeat similar responses to other users; you are responsible for evaluating its suitability before relying on it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by VolleyLab or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (payments, hosting, AI models, analytics, consent management). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLLEYLAB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID VOLLEYLAB IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VolleyLab from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where required, notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at VolleyLab's principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VolleyLab regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
